Rendezvous avec Monique au Moulin Rouge

A grand decision has been made... I am celebrating my 27th year by having a Moulin Rouge theme fête d'anniversaire at my humble abode. I'm thinking french music, french wine, feathers, top hats and tails. Glittering diamonds and luxurious overconsumption will be the order of the evening.
