Actually kale chips are really healthy and I don't add much salt and almost zero oil.Here's how to do it:
- Wash the kale and then dry thoroughly (or you'll get soggy chips...gross)
- Cut off/out the stem (the stem is also gross)
- Spread out in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Lightly coat with cooking spray followed by a light sprinkling of sea salt or seasoned salt
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes (they burn very easy)
- Consume... delicious!
